Apply now for a Research Grant from NASS!

NASS is accepting Grant Letters of Proposal now through February 9th. These grants are aimed at advancing innovative investigations in the basic, translational and clinical sciences that will improve our understanding of spine disorders and their impact on patient outcomes.

Funding available:

  • Graduate Research Seed Grants for Graduate or Doctoral Students to pursue a 1-year project. $5,000 available.
  • Young Investigator Grants for early career professionals either completing post-doctoral training (i.e., residency, fellowship), or no more than 5 years out from postdoctoral training completion, to pursue 1 or 2-year projects. $20,000 - $50,000 available.
  • Research Grants for mid-career professionals pursuing 1 or 2-year projects. $20,000 - $50,000 available.
  • Nontraditional, Nonsurgical Treatment Grants for 1 or 2-year research of disc-related and/or neuropathic back pain by nonsurgical techniques. $20,000 - $50,000 available.
