Matthew Hahn Ride for Research

Help Matt Raise Funds to Support Orthopaedic Research

As many of you know, Matt Hahn has undergone a long and difficult recovery after suffering a tibial plateau fracture. However, thanks to the care provided by his orthopaedic surgeon and other healthcare professionals, Matt is on the mend and ready to hit the road again.

To celebrate his return to his BMX bike, and in gratitude for the care he received, Matt is undertaking a 1,000 mile solo ride from Fort Wayne, IN to New Orleans, LA to raise funds for orthopaedic research so that others may one day benefit from the kind of innovative care he received.

Matt hopes to complete the trip in 3 weeks and departs on August 17. Matt and his wife, Felicia, are encouraging supporters to give a pledge per mile. For your convenience, a few suggested pledges are listed below, but you are welcome to support Matt in whatever amount is comfortable for you.

.25 per mile = $250                $5.00 per mile = $5,000
.50 per mile = $500                $10.00 per mile = $10,000
$1.00 per mile = $1,000        $20.00 per mile = $20,000
