OREF extends it condolences to the family of respected orthopaedic oncologic surgeon Dr. Lorence Trick

Dr. Trick received his medical degree from George Washington University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C. He served with honor in the United States Air Force as Chief of Orthopaedic Services. He was an active member of several professional medical societies, including the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, American Orthopaedic Association, Bexar County Medical Society, Texas Orthopaedic Association, Alamo Orthopaedic Society, Clinical Orthopaedic Society, Southern Orthopaedic Association, Western Orthopaedic Association, and the Military Officer’s Association of America. His contributions to the field were deeply valued by his peers. Dr. Trick had a strong commitment to supporting musculoskeletal research. He was a 40-year OREF Order of Merit donor and a Copper member of the OREF Shands Circle.
