Grant Details
The one-year program is designed to aid and develop leadership skills in the orthopaedic resident's research career path. The curriculum focuses on leadership development, including cultivating the attributes of integrity, selflessness, decisiveness, organization, benevolence, vision, communication, and innovation. The participant selection process will prioritize women and underrepresented minorities.
Eligibility
Orthopaedic residents in PGY3 - PGY5, orthopaedic fellows, and orthopaedic surgeons less than two years in practice are eligible to apply. Applicants must have a demonstrated career interest in orthopedic clinical research and possess an express desire to be a leader in the orthopedic community. Based on the grant sponsor, the participant selection process will prioritize the selection of women and underrepresented minorities.
